Amanda DePew
Owner & Director
Amanda DePew founded Little Blooms Preschool with the vision of creating a place where children could experience the joy of childhood through nature, exploration, and meaningful relationships. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree while continuing to expand her knowledge as an educator and leader.
With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Amanda is passionate about fostering independence, confidence, and strong communication skills in young children. She believes some of life’s greatest lessons happen outside the traditional classroom—through gardening, cooking, imaginative play, problem-solving, and exploring the outdoors. Her goal is to create an environment where every child feels safe, capable, and inspired to learn while building the life skills that will serve them for years to come.
Amanda is committed to supporting not only the children in her care, but also their families and the dedicated team of educators who make Little Blooms a special place to grow.
Sierra Musa
Lead Teacher
Sierra Musa is the Lead Teacher at Little Blooms Preschool and is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and build confidence through meaningful play and positive relationships. She is currently continuing her education in Early Childhood Education and is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills as an educator. Sierra’s long-term goal is to become a Preschool Director, where she hopes to continue supporting children, families, and fellow teachers.
Known for her caring nature, creativity, and dedication, Sierra creates a warm and engaging classroom where every child feels valued, encouraged, and excited to learn. She believes the preschool years are some of the most important in a child’s development and feels honored to be a part of that journey each day.
Halle Miller
Teacher
Halle has a natural gift for connecting with children through her kindness, patience, and gentle spirit. She creates a warm and welcoming environment where children feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. Halle is currently pursuing her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and continues to expand her knowledge through hands-on classroom experience. Her caring nature and positive attitude make her a wonderful part of the Little Blooms team, and the children naturally gravitate toward her.
Ashley Williams
Teacher’s Aide
Ashley brings kindness, creativity, and a genuine love for children to the Little Blooms team. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with each child while creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where they can learn and grow. Ashley has a passion for supporting children’s development through play, creativity, and positive encouragement. She is currently pursuing additional Early Childhood Education units and is excited to continue growing her knowledge and career in early childhood.
