About Little Blooms
Welcome to Little Blooms Preschool and Childcare! I’m Amanda, the Director and Administrator, with nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education. I’m passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive.
For the past six years, I’ve successfully directed a childcare center in Grass Valley, developing a deep understanding of providing exceptional care and fostering a love for learning. At Little Blooms, my goal is to inspire independence, build character, and nurture lifelong skills in every child.

A Country Preschool with a Purpose
Located in the peaceful countryside, Little Blooms Preschool and Childcare provides children with a unique, hands-on learning experience deeply rooted in nature.
Our program emphasizes gardening, cooking, and learning to live off the land, fostering a sense of responsibility and self-reliance in every child. We also prepare children with essential academic skills, including reading and writing, to set them on the path for future success.

Child Care Pricing
At Little Blooms, we offer competitive and transparent pricing to meet the needs of families with children aged 18 months to 5 years. Our pricing varies based on the type of care selected—full-time or part-time—and the number of days your child attends.
Our program offers payment subsidies through Sierra Nevada Children’s Services (SNCS) to eligible families. Contact us for more information or visit the link to apply directly to SNCS.

Full-Time Care
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Closed: Weekends and major holidays
- Extended hours are available
Part-Time Care
- Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Session: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
